Fame – Interviews – Musical – 2009

i really enjoyed Naturi Naughton’s voice and I hope she makes an album because she has a killer voice.
I love her name too, so cool.
Found some interviews with the cast from Fame 2009.
Asher Book almost reminds me of Adam Lambert when he sings.
The clear vocals and stage prescence.
I could also picture Adam Lambert doing his part in this movie. :)

Fame – Movie Review

For those of you who dream of being successful in the acting and directing world this is the perfect movie for you to watch.

It’s the school of hard knocks where the students are faced with real life situations and it shows how humanly impossible it is to live a dream for some.

Dreams are crushed, goals are met, hearts are touched.

The film was more of a serious type of musical, with only a spattering of songs.
The constant change from scene to scene with no real plot was annoying for me.
I hated the editing of the film and couldn’t understand why it goes from Freshman to Senior, to Junior and hops all over the place.

I really had no idea what was going on with the movie or it’s characters.

So I wasn’t too crazy about the movie and wish I had seen it on DVD instead.

For those of you that love the artsy cultural type of world, you may love this movie.
The rest of you will yawn through it.

People were walking out of my theatre and there was about 10 people there watching it in the early afternoon.

I must say though, that the cast was amazing, the acting was superb.

I just didn’t care for the dialog, the plot, the editing.

The settings were colorful but again I like a movie to be organized from start to finish.
That is just my style.
I do love the movie’s music and soundtracks, those were rocking me.
If the music hadn’t of been so wonderful I would have fallen asleep during this movie. :)

Organizing Files – Trying Out New Things

I’ve been complaining about my internet being too slow on my old computer so I decided to test a theory. I hooked up the internet to a newer computer and what a difference!
So much faster!
I should have tried this out sooner.
So now I know what I need and a brand new computer to do my blogs on.
Less frustrating and 100 times faster than that old clunker.
They kept telling me it was my computer.
It was faster a month ago but with all my saved files and pictures I guess I slowed it down a lot.
Oh well, live and learn.
I bought some CDS from the dollar store to save my files on, but one didn’t want to work.
I have no idea what i’m doing.
The flash drives are easy but they can get wiped out too easily.
So i’ve made 4 copies to be on the safe side. :)
I wish I could just upload my stuff onto the net somewhere.
The only thing is that whenever I do, a site closes down and then I can’t access the stuff I’ve saved there.
It’s very frustrating.
I don’t know how authors do it.
How do they survive? :)
I was laughing at the many variations of this book I’ve been writing now for over a year.
It’s pathetic that I’m not an organized writer as I should be.
I used to be such an organized person.
Then I found it tedious and boring or something.
Maybe I’m just being lazy.
This cold weather just makes me want to hibernate in my nice warm bed.
Not all day, just for a few extra winks of sleep.
Something I don’t get much of, so when I feel like sleeping I take the chance.
This morning I enjoyed a nice health meditation.
I had thoughts of making some fun playlists on my idea girl consulting youtube play list.
Something with Fred, Smosh and the rest of the comedy sketches that I enjoy.
I’ll do them in 30 minute segments.
So if I’m feeling blue i’ll have a quick pick me up to watch.
I always find two things that cure depression.
Watching something funny.
Listening to a positive meditation video.
The third thing is shopping but that costs money so i’m not going to add it to my list although it’s another way to cure depression. :)

WOW it took 1 second for it to publish, amazing! :)

I believe there is a serial killer in Canada based on the simularities of several girls that are missing in Canada and the United States.

Each has brown hair, brown eyes or hazel eyes, they are either 5ft 2 or 1 or 5ft 10 or 11?

This is a gut feeling that I’m having about these cases that if all are found deceased they will be tied in together.

I would suggest that the police and detectives take a look at several missing person cases with similar heights, and looks and compare the clues to each case, see what is similar.

In each case “DRAGON” is similar, this is either a boat race, a tattoo or a place of business.

I have added Mariam Makniashvili’s photos and video info onto the Jessica Neilson A Pyschic Investigation site. Because it struck me as odd that the girls all look similar in nose, eyebrow and hair.

Harold’s vision on September 20th, 2009 @ 830 am was of a greenish color van, plymouth voyageur driven by 2 hispanic men, georgia plates, Black and white plates (GY 684), girl tied up in back – alive – back seat – tinted windows. Shes wearing Jeans, Jean Jacket, Shoes (Black, casual big heels on back, dress club shoes (he described them in his vision) A shiny material on the shoes. She had blondish hair, the men are talking about doing something to her, she is okay but scared. They tried to go to a bridge (border) turned around. They were driving towards Montreal then turned and driving in the direction of British Columbia. Trans Canada Hwy near a field, bush, straight ever greens, truckers going by.

Trailer Park Boys : Countdown to Liquor Day – Movie Review

trailer-park-boys count down to liquor day

It was fun sitting in a theatre full of guys, so much testosterone there.

The comments about the women, their manhood, how they needed some, was something else. :)

I think there were only a smattering of girlfriends there and that’s about it.

This is a total guy flick and from the ages of the fans from 13 and up, most of them were under 18 years of age.

The movie was all talk and little action.

So you REALLY have to be into the trailer park boys to enjoy it.

I was surprised that they toned down the swearing, which was good because a younger audience could enjoy the movie.

The nudity is blocked, so you know when someone’s nude but your not seeing anything but a blurry patch, which I think was a great idea!

In that way a younger audience would be able to watch the movie and the show could develop more of a fan base that way.

I enjoy the movies, but can’t stand the tv shows because of the constant bleeping every 2 seconds.

I wish they would make the TV show with Less swearing so it wouldn’t be so annoying to people!

I’m sure all the guys will want to go to this movie and I enjoyed it, had some good laughs and loved the ending. :)

Great acting – Bubbles your my favorite, you and your kitties.

Good dialog, it was nice hearing a ton of guys chuckling at the punch lines.

They made me laugh, just listening to them laughing.

I loved the scenery, the close ups, the great camera shots, nice editing and good story line.

You know exactly what is going on and it’s easy to follow but it does have a few surprises along the way, which is good.

I’m sure you and the girls will enjoy it.

I just think you chickies need to give this movie a try.

If anything it will help you understand how men think, act and what tickles their funny bone.
