Howdy y’all! Here the sixth episode of “The Chuckwagon Cowboy” cooking show. In this episode, I’m taking the show outside to my Firepit for my “YEEHAW” delicious “Compound Style Bacon Wrapped Chicken n’ Cheese Stuffed Rollups”. (Ingredients are below)
With a running time of 11 minutes, this episode introduces the viewers to more insights about me and my cooking style, some “down home” banter and some good ole Southern style comfort food.
So here’s the ingredients:
• 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 6 slices of bacon
• 6‐8 slices of cheese — mozzarella, muenster, cheddar, colby jack — anything you like!
• 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce, plus extra for serving (I use my own “Perk & Tangy BBQ sauce”)
• Grilling rub of your choice (I use my own special “Cowboy’s Grillin Rub”)
• Toothpicks, soaked in water (optional, to prevent excessive burning while grilling)
