x box 360 kinnect dance games to go along with the choreography from bands music videos.. wouldn’t that be cool?

scanning the music video from tV and play the song on the system and learn the dance moves

i’ll bet we can have that sort of technology within the next few years.. unless it’s already out there..

i love my little doggie heating pad around my neck it’s so cute

here i share how to add circulation to your blood in your legs and feed if you suffer from problems with swelling and edmema in the legs and feet.

I made some white socks heating pads because I couldn’t find mine..

murphys law… i found them just after i’d finished making the new ones lol

i use all of them..

as a writer its important to rest your arms, hands, wrists, necks and backs after sitting for a two hour period or less.

With constant pain to deal with, I apply this heat compress on the hour every hour for about 15 to 20 minutes. my only complaint is that it makes me sweat buckets. LOL
