Didn’t get much done today!
Posted to a few of my sites, went through the emails and then Googled Car Repair Forums!
I’ve posted the videos on Idea Girl Consulting You tube under Auto Fix.
I’ve been trying to figure out what is wrong with my car before I take it to the garage to get fixed!
I find forums rather depressing.
Escpecially when I read the chats and questions about the car I have.
It seems like I’ve got a lemon! LOL
I did a VIN# check and found out this car has had 17 owners and its a 1997! LOL
We never saw the car package when we bought it off Harold’s brother!
If I had known it had 17 owners I would have said no way!
It’s been a good car for the past year though and it’s cheap on fuel.
So we did get our money’s worth!
But this year it’s been bleeding us dry money wise.
We don’t have much to spare so we’ve been sacrificing many things all year and now it’s kaput, not moving an inch?
I am not happy about the car, but I’m okay well I’m bored not being able to get around though, kind of sucks! 🙂
I guess I can take some time to do some more writing but instead I find myself reading books and watching a lot of movies on the TV.
Which just happens to be in the room that has the air conditioner in it.
Everywhere else in the house is too hot and sticky so I just lay on the couch with the air and fans blowing on me.
I tried to read today but fell asleep for a couple of hours.
Then I got up and took Daisy for a walk, after 5 minutes she kept laying down.
I had to drag her home, and I wasn’t happy and I was worried because usually she walks in front of me, today she was behind me dragging along. LOL
Usually its the other way around!
I don’t know if it’s because shes 10 years old and her age is catching up with her or it’s the heat!
I figured when I got home she would run to get some cold water. ( I refilled her dish several times today)
But she’s ignoring the water, it probably tastes gross!
I drink the bottled stuff, can’t stand the mildew smell from tap water and honestly it makes me sick to my stomach if i drink it!
I did have a coffee and some wonderful banana bread though.
Fluffy from the flea market sells her banana bread for 1.50 and it is divine.
I’ve been having a problem with my right knee today and cramping in my legs!
Couldn’t walk much so came back home.
This body of mine is breaking down way too fast, I’m only in my 40’s!
I figured I wouldn’t have to deal with arthiritis till I was 80?
I remember my mom used to get leg cramps and the doc prescribed her Calcium and Vitamin B Complex.
I was reading on the internet today about those two being required for better circulation of the blood!
I think I’ll have to get to the pharmacy and buy some vitamins.
A little voice has been niggling in the back of my head for the past few weeks to do so!
I did enjoy my lunch today, it was like a picnic at home!
Watermelon, Cucumber with Ranch Dressing, Ham Kolbossa, buns and mustard, with pop!
Problem is once I start eating I can’t seem to stop!
I think it’s the boredom of being stuck in the house.
I wanted to go see a movie tonight but Harold didn’t.
I wasn’t too crazy about the trailer for District 9 even though it’s a box office smash!
Certain movies appeal to me and others don’t.
When your pinching pennies, you really only want to go see the REALLy GOOD movies! 🙂
I knew I’d enjoy Harry Potter no matter what, because I’m a fan of the books!
I honestly think it should be movies first then the books?
It will be like seeing a whole new story and I think you would sell more!
Has anyone ever tried doing it that way?
I’ll volunteer!
You can make movies out of my books and then publish and sell them! LOL
I haven’t been bothering with any of my manuscripts lately.
Just the new psychic investigations and journal notes, blogs and websites.
Trying to polish up the Squidoo sites so they look brighter and hopefully they will generate some traffic.
Some I don’t have to do much like Robert Pattinson Funny Guy or Adam Lambert Funny Guy.
They get oodles of visits just by the tags alone!
I can’t figure out why WordPress gets tons of visits and Squidoo hardly any at all?
I wish that Squidoo and WordPress would change the fonts from 10 to 12.
It’s really hard to read the small print on these sites!
I’ve noticed my eyes have decreased in vision this past year and it scares me.
I’m too young to have these health issues.
Guess I need to eat more carrots or something. LOL
I wish our bodies were as easy to fix as a car is?
Wouldn’t that be great?
A Body Manual, go see a mechanic and voila your all fixed up in no time! 🙂
