Nachos and pizza dip recipe Kraft Cream Cheese Pillers Pepperettes Shredded Armstrong Mozzarella Cheese

this recipe is from carol who is darren’s girlfriend (harolds brother) she brought it over to our christmas party on dec 10 2011

so we made it for when my boys tim jeff tenbrinke came to visit dec 20 2011 for christmas dinner.

recipe

2 bars of kraft creme cheese (softened by microwaving in a bowl for 45 seconds each)

2 cans of pizza sauce

2 bars of farmers mozzarella cheese sticks shredded

4 sticks of Pillers (your choice) pepperettes chopped (1 pkg)

glass dish 9 x 13

preheat oven 350 degrees

put softened kraft philadephia creme cheese in first.

I softened mine in a bowl one at a time for about 45 seconds in the microwave

remove from bowl put in glass dish and flatten and spread it evenly with a fork

add chopped pepperettes (you can add ANY ingredients here)

spread pizza sauce evenly over meats

put lots of shredded mozzeralla cheese over the top of it.

put tin foil over the whole thing and cook for 10 mins.

remove tin foil and cook for another 15 mins or until cheese is melted.

serve on a hot plate (careful it’s HOT)

with “SCOOPS” nacho tostios chips (best ones to use for this dish.

make sure you have plates that can handle hot stuff (no plastic plates, paper is ok)

use a large serving spoon and a plastic bowl for your chips for each person

makes about 6 servings.
