Betty’s Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette — Mother’s Day REcipe Videos

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Balsamic Vinaigrette. This is a tart, tangy dressing that is great for just about any salad. A salad that spotlights this dressing will be the next video uploaded for bettyskitchen’s Mother’s Day table.


¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
freshly ground coarse salt, to taste
freshly ground black peppercorns, to taste
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

In a 2-cup measuring cup with spout, whisk or blend together all ingredients. Pour into a small serving pitcher and serve immediately over salad. (This dressing will separate, so you must whisk it back together each time it is served.) You may store leftover vinaigrette in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
