In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Noodles Romanoff. This is a side dish for our Mother’s Day table. It goes wonderfully with almost any entrée.

8-ounce package wide egg noodles
16-ounces sour cream
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 small garlic cloves, pressed
cooking oil spray
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Cook an 8-ounce package wide egg noodles according to package instructions. (I used ½ teaspoon salt.)

Drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in16-ounces sour cream, ¼ cup melted butter, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and 2 small, pressed garlic cloves. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Sprinkle top with ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with casserole lid (or aluminum foil) and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 minutes. Remove casserole lid, turn oven to broil, and cook for about 2 more minutes to brown the top. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, just before serving. Delicious! I hope you love this recipe! –Betty 🙂
