Betty’s Kitchen Strawberry Sherbet Fizz — Mother’s Day ✿ REcipe Video

New Cookbook: “The Bettyskitchen Collection, Second Edition” available on

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Strawberry Sherbet Fizz. This is a drink for our Mother’s Day Table. It is colorful and luscious!

sherbet of your choice ( I used sherbet that was a blend of lemon and raspberry flavors; pineapple is also good.)
fresh strawberries, rinsed, dried and sliced, about ¼ cup per serving
chilled ginger ale, as needed (I used ginger ale, but you may use 7-Up, Sprite, etc. instead. For an alcoholic drink, use Champagne.)
1 split strawberry for garnish
sprig of mint for garnish

Place a large scoop of sherbet into a stemmed glass. Top with about 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. Pour chilled ginger ale (or champagne) over each serving. Garnish with sprig of mint and a single split strawberry. Serve immediately. Delicious! I hope you enjoy this drink! –Betty 🙂
