i have a dietician that with the chart showed me 29 grams of carbs for breakfast, snacks, lunch is 42, supper 59 carbohydrates

follow this guide and you wont have to use the pills or get needles for insulin.. you regulate your own sugars.

also you MUST exercise each morning, between 8 am to 11 am, for 30 to 60 minutes

this will help your cells burn off any sugars and teach your body, right after you eat your breakfast (my cereal has sugar in it),
i exercise and these teaches the body to take the sugar to cells and burn it off.. it regulates the insulin and removes the tired feeling you get..
