In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make 1 — 2 — 3 Chocolate Fudge Sauce. This sauce may be served over ice cream, cubed pound cake, and other sweet treats. It is so simple to make, easy as 1 — 2 — 3!

Ingredients:

1 large (12- ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
3 squares (3 ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine 1 large (12- ounce) can evaporated milk, 2 cups sugar, and 3 squares (3 ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook over low heat about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Serve as a topping for ice cream or cake. You may refrigerate the sauce and serve it cold. For a thinner sauce, add additional evaporated milk just before serving. This makes 2 ½ cups of delicious Chocolate Fudge Sauce. Enjoy! –Betty 🙂
