In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Easy Cheesy Crostini. This Crostini is made from slices of French bread, which is spread with olive oil, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese, and toasted in the oven.

1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut in diagonal slices, about 3/4-inch wide
olive oil, as desired, for basting
finely grated Parmesan cheese, for topping, as desired

Place diagonal slices of French or Italian bread on a baking sheet or pan. Brush with olive oil, as desired. Sprinkle top with finely grated Parmesan cheese, as desired. Bake in a 375 degree (F) oven for about 10 — 12 minutes, or until lightly brown. For additional browning, turn oven to Broil and bake for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove from oven, place on a nice serving plate, and serve immediately. YUM! –Betty
