Betty’s Kitchen Turkey Gravy — Thanksgiving Recipe Video

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Turkey Gravy. This gravy was made from the turkey broth of the Slow Cooker Turkey Legs in the previous video. The recipe will work with any turkey broth.


3 to 4 cups turkey broth
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
water, for thinning gravy, if needed

Place turkey broth in a heavy pot on stove. Mix flour into milk. Add to turkey broth. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, until gravy is thickened and bubbly. Add water as desired, if gravy is too thick. Remove gravy from heat and pour into serving bowl. Serve immediately. YUM! –Betty ♥
