Prime Minister Justin Trudeau – The idea girl says Out of the TENT HOmelessness Program Volunteer Ideas

the idea girl says

this is a plan for BC, but it can be expanded for our other provinces here in Canada. It’s been a while since I’ve been in School, so I took the EASY way and googled “provinces of canada” lol.

here they are!

quote wiki
The provinces and territories of Canada combine to make up the world’s second-largest country by area. In 1867, three provinces of British North America—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and the Province of Canada (which, on the formation of Canada, was divided into Ontario and Quebec)—were united to form the new nation. Since then, Canada’s external borders have changed several times, and the country has grown from the original four provinces to ten provinces and three territories. The ten provinces are Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. The three territories are Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

my first set of ideas on how to address this problem

doing some data mining looking for volunteers in BC that can help implement the ideas blogged. 🙂

Night Shift Ministries

NightShift relies on volunteers to cook and serve meals, sort and give out clothes, share time and conversation with our street friends, drive our ministry vehicles, lend a hand in the warehouse, provide administrative support, help organize fundraising events, and to be part of the hope that drives us forward.

Why volunteer at NightShift?

Canadian Red Cross
Volunteers are the heart of the Canadian Red Cross. More than 25,000 Red Cross volunteers share their time and skills to help others every day.
