John Hughes has written so many popular hits – movies from children’s to family – any screenplay that he’s written you will enjoy!

I love the Home Alone movies.  I usually watch them EVERY year at christmas.

But since it was so hot outside in August I thought it be nice to watch a cool, christmas – snow movie.

It’s funny, adventurous, witty dialog , and heart warming.

The acting, directing and editing is superb and it’s  a classic, kids will love this movie (all ages)

and young and old adults will find it funny too.

I really enjoyed Brenda Fricker’s performance – the accent the heartwarming soul of the movie.. tears with the turtle dove story line…

I see she has some new movies coming out in the future too!

Drat they are all overseas.. sigh.. bring them here on DVD then folks!
